some servers as they are owned by clans can set up there own rules. so you might turn graphics settings down so that certain things dont show up, and there server might have it mandatory to have those things.

usually like a cg_ and whatever command. whatever it says you were kicked for open the command line which is tilde and type in that code.also put a /in front and then as i said normally cg_ or com_ or whatever.just like if you want to set your max fps. you would open console and then type /com_maxfps 125 or whatever you want it set to.again keep in mind you are playing in a owned server and ho they tto it so if you dont have certain settings you get kicked.

i updated one spot and still would get kicked. once i updated the other one it worked fine and no kicks now.some servers have there own settings that if you dont use or have then you get kicked. i know there are things you can turn off like fog, garbage that is in the air etc. so some of these servers require those to be on so that you are not getting an advantage.
